White sage & lavender

White sage is widespread among the locals of Central America that are dedicated to shamanism. 

It is part of the cleaning rituals in which this plant is smoked and releases the holy smoke. The smoke stimulates visions and sells negative energies as well as evil entities. Lavender, on the other hand, attracts positive energies and creates a relaxed atmosphere. The combination of these two plants is very well supported. Scientific studies have even shown that 94 % of the bacteria were destroyed by the smoke in space.

From this point of view, white sage is a cleaning method that even changes the state of consciousness. The plant grows on the coast of Mexico and California. 

Sage has a very sharp smell that can be described as spicy. Not everyone perceives this smell as pleasant and therefore, unlike the room fragrances, it is appreciated more for its functionality. Sage is also used against insects and mosquitoes. 

The use is very simple. Hold a bowl, plate or a non -flammable, coasters filled with sand, ready on which you put the smoking bundle. If this, light the end of the bundle and wait until the fire rises. Bubble it out and put the smoking bundle on the coaster. The smoke can be distributed in the room with a feather or with swinging. To make out, put the bundle in the sand.
