Refund policy

Consumers have a fourteenth (14 days) right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, which is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

So please check before ordering, the environment for love, whether the goods should really be!

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (the ritual factory), R. Blöhß, Trinity 0, 24589 Nortorf, Germany, info@ritualmanufaktur.de, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached model cancellation form, which is not prescribed.

To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have all payments we received from you, minus:

  • the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs, which result from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offered),
  • a reinforcement fee i. H. v. 10 % in the event of refusal to accept or non -collection from a post station stored by the customer or released,

To repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has received.

For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged for fees for this repayment.

We can refuse the repayment until we have returned the goods or until you have provided the proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which the earlier time is.

You have the goods immediately and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which you teach us about the revocation of this contract, to send or hand over to us. The deadline is preserved if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the quality, properties and functionality of the goods not necessary to deal with you.

The right of withdrawal does not exist with the following contracts:

Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination of the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored or adapted to the personal needs of the consumer.

Special notes

If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound to the loan contract, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This can be assumed in particular if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender uses the financing of our participation. If we have already received the loan if the revocation has been effective, your lender will enter our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you in relation to you in relation to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract has the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).

By when do I have to return my goods?

If something does not fit or don't like it, you can send the goods back to us within 14 days of receipt and without a declaration of cancellation.

Please note, however, that the return period is not identical to the payment term - every order in invoice purchase must be paid after 7 days at the latest (in installment purchase excluded), even if you have more time to think and try out.

After a successful return, we will reimburse you the amount you have done depending on the payment method: via PayPal, Paydirekt, Sofortüberweisung, credit card as an automatic return credit or by invoice as a credit on your customer account, minus the return fee.

Furniture, freight forwarding items and programs that are larger than 1.20 m cannot be handed over in a Hermes parcel shop or via DHL.

How do you pack the package?

  • If possible in the original packaging
  • Together with the completed return slip
  • Bring the return sticker on the outside on your package
  • If you send furniture back, please pack them so that you do not do any damage when transported

Furniture is not withdrawn from parcel shops.

Note: Programs that are larger than 1.20 m can be handed over via DHL.

No documents available?

We do not print them. So far we have hardly any returns and are also very proud of it! So we have to admit that we do not see the meaning of waste paper here. You are welcome to send us an email so that we can initiate everything or print out the required documents directly from your customer account.

Broken / defective?

If you would like to complain / exchange goods for damage, simply send us an email to info@ritualmanufaktur.de with your email, with which you also ordered from us and stating your order number.

Please let us know what you would like to do. Exchange, money back, voucher, o. A. ?

We will then tell you how we will continue here most environmentally friendly and will be happy to send you a label for DHL if necessary.

 Important NOTE:

We only take over the return costs for goods that were returned to us from our side due to a defect.

Goods that have been proven to be used or, if necessary, were not used properly and cannot be used for resale, but were not defective when delivering were not excluded!

Please pack the article and put a description of defects in the package. Please do not forget to write down the article number and your customer number.

In order to be able to send the return to us for free, you need a return slip that you stick to the package. If you no longer have the package sticker, you will get it by email. Simply write us an email to info@ritualmanufaktur.de with your email, with which you also ordered from us and stating your order number.

Refusal of acceptance & not picked up shipments or refund for unmaid or rejected programs:

We refund programs that were not picked up from the packing station by the recipient or the acceptance of which was refused and will be sent back to us, minus:

  • the postage and packaging costs for the return and back and a reinforcement fee i. H. v. 10 % of the total order value.

Excluded products and services from a return or reimbursement are:

  • Personalized products and special designs on customer requirements,
  • Hygienically questionable products such as soaps, creams, other cosmetics, toothbrushes, etc.
  •  Foods or products that were opened to consume, which were opened,
  • Digital media, such as pieces of music, albums, meditation instructions, online courses, PDF documents or the like,

Which have already been received / sent or made available by buying are excluded before a refund!

How long does it take to process the return?

The processing of a return is currently about 1 week. We ask for your understanding if in rare individual cases the processing time can take longer. It always depends on whether we have to get the manufacturer on board.

Feel free to contact us if you have not received a credit after 2 weeks. You don't need to inform us during this time, because after the credit we will send you an email.

As a rule, the shipment tracking of your return is not shown until the arrival.  When we know your email address, you will receive a return confirmation from us. If items are processed from a return on different days, you may receive several emails.

How do you get the reimbursement?

The reimbursement depends on your selected payment method:

When buying an invoice, the article is simply credited to your customer account

If you advance payment, a refund will be made to your bank account

At the purchase purchase we will send you a clearing check

If you pay a credit card, a credit is made on your credit card account

When paying via PayPal, a credit on your PayPal account

When paying by direct debit, you will receive a transfer to your bank account

If there is immediate payment, the reimbursement is made to your bank account

In the event of a payment in installments, the refund is offset against the installments

Are you looking for the official cancellation form?

You will receive the official cancellation form together with the invoice in your package. In addition, we provide you with PDF so that you can download and print it out. Because since June 13, 2014, we have been obliged to do so according to EU law. Of course, we continue to accept your returns without the cancellation form!

Do you want to return freight forwarding items?

Please note that the freight forwarder cannot be handed over to a DHL or Hermes parcel shop.

We establish contact with the freight forwarder for you. Simply get in touch with us under the contact details specified on the delivery note.

The freight forwarder will contact you by phone for the purpose of making an appointment.

If there is no longer any packaging material, the freight forwarder colleagues take care of the transport protection.

The duration of transport to our warehouse lasts about 3-4 weeks. As soon as the shipment has arrived, you will receive your credit.

Note: Please note that some large pieces (e.g. carpets, small furniture, etc.) and freight forwarding items cannot be handed over to a DHL or Hermes parcel shop.
