Our words also have power, especially those pronounced.
Regular house smoking is always appropriate when we have a turbulent time behind us or when we realize that it will somehow become "tight or depressing".
Strong emotions, depressive thoughts or a subliminal anger are powerful energies that are stuck in and around us and keep moving in their direction as soon as we z. B. enter these rooms.
So it can be a very exhausting and difficult task to solve us from this circle.
Cleaning your own energy fields and the "smoke" can be a powerful supporter here to shake off old energies and to take a deep breath again.
Energies of former house residents also anchor themselves in the rooms and are not allowed to lose anything in our energy field.
These do not necessarily have to be negative, but they have no place in our energy field.
New buildings are also an issue here, since the energy of everyone who was involved in the construction has of course been incorporated into the created house.
We have therefore put together our personal favorite set for you for a simple but highly effective, energetic cleaning.
I always start such a ritual with a cup of cocoa, how should it be otherwise .. and I already invite my spirits and ask you to support me in the following ritual.
Then I clean myself, e.g. B. in the shower, with our beloved frankincense soap and give the first foreign energies back to the change with the water.
Then I start at a quiet moment with the actual task of cleaning the house.
Of course you can choose here, which is best suited to you and your daily mood.
With our set you are in any case equipped for all things that may come to mind.
Contained in the set:
- 2x carrier for smoking with the tree of life
- 1x 200 g of smoking sand, to fill your supporting vessel
- 10 tablets of speed -detonator carbon Ø 3.3 cm
- 1x smudge stick white sage & palo santo
- 1x house cleaning smoking 170 ml
- 1x incense pliers if you z. B. have to light or move the coal piece
- A book by Sibylle Krähenbühl, about the ritual house cleaning, which we find very successful for starting
- 1x incense spoon (to add the smoking goods or to remove it from the embers)
- 1 piece of natural, hand -cast frankincense soap "transformation" if you want to clean yourself before or afterwards, for example, in your shower ritual
- A cup of raw cocoa, depending on stock, A´35 G, with a small recipe for their preparation, to get in the mood for the upcoming ritual
Consciously crafted and responsibly sourced?
Pure incense contains no synthetic fragrances, no chemical additives and no extenders. This makes it:
- more pleasant for the breathing air
- more intense in fragrance
- energetically "clearer" in its effect
We want to experience and enjoy the full power of herbs and no chemical additives! Only then can they show their full effect.
For smoking, you will need:
- a censer or incense burner
- charcoal or a sieve (for smoking on charcoal, you will also need sand to absorb the heat)
- your incense material
With charcoal:
Fill sand into the bowl, light the charcoal and place it on the sand → let it glow through → carefully place the incense material on top
With a sieve: Place the incense material directly onto the heated sieve
Important: Always ventilate well and dose carefully.
Charcoal: intense smoke, ideal for rituals & energetic cleansing
- Sieve: gentle scent, perfect for everyday use
Many beginners prefer the sieve method, as it is easier and produces less smoke.
Depending on the plant, incense can have different effects.
Our plants are as individual as each one of us.
For example:
- Frankincense: clarifying, purifying
- Sage: strongly purifying, liberating
- Lavender: calming, relaxing
- Myrrh: grounding, protective
The effect is perceived both through the scent (olfactory) and through the atmosphere in the room, and can thus penetrate your system.
The following variations are most commonly used for energetic cleansing:
- White Sage
- Frankincense
- Palo Santo
- Copal
Pure incense, when used correctly, is harmless. It's important to ensure:
- good ventilation
- economical dosage
- use of high-quality, pure products
Synthetic incense, on the other hand, can be more irritating.
When purchasing, therefore, pay attention to:
- 100% natural ingredients
- transparent origin
- gentle processing
Incense should be:
- dry
- protected from light
- airtight
stored to preserve its fragrance and quality for a long time.
That depends on personal needs:
How much external energy can you tolerate well?
How is your daily life structured?
- for space cleansing: as needed (we cleanse at least once a month, with the waning moon and after every event).
- Our incoming goods are always immediately cleansed with Palo Santo.
- for rituals: specifically at certain times
- in everyday life: consciously and by feeling
There is no "too often" – your intuition is what matters.
Good incense is characterized by:
- a natural, not obtrusive scent
- visible purity (no artificial additives)
- sustainable origin
