Shipping and payment terms
The following conditions apply:
The goods are currently only delivered within Germany. Customers from the EU and abroad please send us your request by email info@ritualmanufaktur.com
Shipping costs(Including statutory VAT for private customers, excl. For business customers)
Deliveries in Germany (Germany):
We do not charge any shipping costs within Germany from 80 euros.
We charge 6.95 euros below 80 euros,
For programs over 1 kg and over 5 cm.
including the statutory VAT.
Under 5 cm height and below 1 kg of shipment weightwe calculate 5.95 euros,
for goods, including the statutory VAT.
*ATTENTION - For shipments that are sent shortly before the holidays and / or especially in the Christmas season, we only use the insured package shipping for 6.95 euros, with an order value up to EUR 80.00 shopping cart value.
Unfortunately, experience has shown that the programs are otherwise lost too quickly during this time and are not transported as lovingly as it is in quiet times. We ask for your understanding.
Deliveries abroad:
Shipping costs for orders for delivery abroad must be requested in advance. The following applies to all orders:
For orders up to € 39 goods value, a minor surcharge of € 7,95 excluding VAT (€ 9.46 incl.MWST) is charged. A surcharge of 3% is calculated for PayPal payment. Orders from abroad can only be processed in advance. Furthermore, the additional costs for shipping, such as B. the import/export fees, customs fees etc. worn by the customer.
Delivery times
In the case of goods designed individually according to customer requirements, the correction template is created within 3-5 days of the conclusion of the contract, the execution of the design work and the delivery of the goods within 7 days after the correction template is made (if the payment is agreed), unless otherwise stated in the time of payment).
Insofar as no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered within 3 - 7 days (Germany) within 3 - 7 days within 5 - 10 days of the contract (if the payment is agreed).
Fresh products such as B. our soaps or homemade smokers can need a longer delivery time.
Note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Operating vacations are officially announced on the homepage in the shop.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we send the goods in a common shipment if we have not made any different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined according to the article with the longest delivery time you ordered.
If you pick up, we will inform you by email about the provision of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs are charged.
