Introduction to Energetic Testing

Basic Course

Energetic testing is a way to get in touch with one's own perception, the body, and the subtle levels of resonance. In this workshop, you will gain initial experience with this form of testing – first for yourself.

Depending on one's worldview, testing can be understood differently: as communication with the subconscious, as contact with the spiritual world, as querying in the morphogenetic field, or as perceiving energetic resonances. The important thing is not that everyone uses the same terms, but that we deal thoughtfully, clearly, and responsibly with the answers that emerge.

Is this step right? Is this place good for me? Does this object support me or burden me? Do I need rest, protection, movement, or clarification? Testing helps to consider such questions more consciously and to sense more finely where there is agreement, rejection, or irritation. It is not about giving up responsibility: testing replaces neither intellect nor experience, self-reflection, or professional help. It is a tool for pausing and aligning.

In practice, we work with clear yes-no questions and observe how the body or testing instrument reacts – through body perception, movement impulses, pendulums, dowsing rods/tensors. We practice with simple questions so that trust in one's own perception can grow.
