Shipping
We do. However, please contact us beforehand so we can check the shipping costs together. Any export/import, customs, and other charges will be fully invoiced to you.
Based on recent experiences, we only ship via DHL within Germany.
Postage and shipping costs for deliveries within Germany amount to €6.95 for parcels and €5.95 for merchandise mailings.
Shipping is free for orders over €80.
That is, of course, no problem.

However, please make sure not to have cocoa orders or sensitive oils placed in these boxes during high summer temperatures. They heat up too much, and the cocoa will eventually melt, or the quality of the products will suffer.
Returns
You can generally expect a delivery time of 4 days within Germany. *
Unless it is a pre-order, we ship within 48 hours.
However, as a small manufacturer that handles everything in-house, we reserve a delivery time of 5 to 7 days as a precaution.
DHL collects the goods from us, Monday to Friday, around 3 PM.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

The planned delivery times for sold-out products that you would like to pre-order can always be found in the respective product description.

If you have received an email from us with a tracking number before 1:00 PM, you can assume that your goods will leave our premises on the same day.
This is realistic based on our current experience with DHL.
Please note:
We have found that many shipments where the recipient has made a separate delivery arrangement with the shipping company seem to be processed differently in the distribution center and are often delivered a day later. If you have subsequently adjusted your delivery arrangements via the shipping service provider's service, we unfortunately no longer have any way to influence the process or provide support.
* Delivery times may vary during holidays, especially around Christmas, due to overload at shipping companies. We and the shipping service providers always do our best during these times to ensure your goods arrive on time. However, we expressly ask you, especially at Christmas, to order early so that everything can arrive safely.
Yes. Within 14 days, without stating reasons, with the exception of all food items.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot ascertain whether changes have been made to the product, and the risk involved is too high for us and our customers.
Therefore, we generally do not accept returns of products intended for consumption.
Frankly, we have consciously decided against the back-and-forth shipping and large mail-order companies, and have forgone those sales.
For ecological reasons alone, we sincerely ask you to carefully check your order before delivery and not to order "alternative items" "for inspection." If something is not right, defective, or different from what was described, we will of course assist you immediately.
Up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. However, a message must have been sent to info@ritualmanufaktur.de within this period.
Unannounced returns and returns after this period will be credited as shop credit, provided we accept them.
As we generally don't have returns and therefore prefer to leave paper where it grows, we do not automatically include it. Send us an email and we'll sort it out for you.
If there is a defect or a legitimate complaint, because the goods are faulty, we will of course pay the shipping costs for YOU!

We do not reimburse return shipping costs due to product descriptions/shipping conditions not being fully read or for orders with "sample viewing".
Likewise, we do not accept returns of goods that have been used improperly.
We would also like to point out here that we are a small manufactory that has consciously decided against the "returns madness"!
If you would like to view the goods in advance, you are welcome to arrange a personal appointment with us at our premises. If you have any uncertainties or questions, please feel free to contact us by phone! Just send us an email and we will call you back as soon as possible.
We simply don't like producing even more packaging and additional mountains of waste.
If we wanted that, you would find our goods on the relevant platforms that then dispose of their goods en masse in landfills.
We love our goods very much and want them to be in good hands, where actions and purchases are made consciously and sustainably.
Products marked as B-stock and Sale are excluded from return shipping.
In return, the deal offers substantial discounts from our side, and by purchasing, you agree that the products will only be shipped once.
Why?
We discount these products so heavily that we no longer make any profit on them.
However, because we would rather not see something with a small scratch end up in the trash, even though it is still fully intact, we offer these to you as B-stock in our sale.
We always ensure that these items are fully functional!
What kind of products are these?
Often, these are products that were not picked up by DHL or were returned undesirably.
Or perhaps some that we ourselves dropped and thereby received a scratch in the paint, which is why we simply can no longer sell them as "NEW."
Should it really not fit at all, or if you have made a complete mistake, we will find a solution here too.
Please contact us beforehand before returning the goods.

Provided that everything has arrived safely and carefully within the 14-day period and complies with the above-mentioned guidelines, within 5 working days, to your original payment method.
However, if it is not an error on our part or transport damage, we reserve the right to charge for the incurred shipping costs, as well as a fee of 10% for restocking.
We particularly make use of this if goods from packing stations or post offices are not collected and are returned to us.
Unannounced returns and returns outside the agreed period will only be credited as store credit, provided that they are not excluded from return.
It can happen!
However, please understand that we are reluctant to produce waste and unnecessary costs for nothing. A sustainable, respectful approach among ourselves, as well as with our goods, is important to us!
Therefore, should your goods be returned to us because you failed to pick them up from your parcel or post office, we reserve the right to charge the incurred shipping costs, for both outward and return shipping, as well as a fee of 10% of the order total for restocking, personnel expenses, and packaging material.
Minimum order value
Currently it is €25. Don't think badly of us, but we won't participate in a pack of incense sticks for, for example, €2.50!
In such cases, we kill more trees and consume so much energy that we cannot reconcile it with our conscience.
My Account
You can use the "Login" section (the icon in the shop with the little figure). After clicking on "Register," you can create your own user profile. Here you can enter your billing address and delivery address(es), as well as other data useful for creating the account.
Order Processing
You are welcome to do that. However, we are only a small team and sometimes disappear into the warehouse. Therefore, the safest way is to send an email to info@ritualmanufaktur.de. We will then manually create a customer account and send you all the necessary data.
If you have not yet received an email with a shipping confirmation, you can contact us with a request to cancel the order.
However, if the process has progressed too far, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods and return them to us.
In this case, you can return the goods to us. Simply send us an email at info@ritualmanufaktur.de and we will send you a return label. Please also let us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Voucher codes
Each voucher code can only be used once per household – Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order.
You can redeem your voucher or discount code directly in the shopping cart during checkout.
After entering the voucher code, depending on the type of promotion, the corresponding amount will be displayed and deducted from your total purchase or the bonus product will be added to your shopping cart.
