Shipment

We do. Please write to us beforehand, then we can look together for the shipping costs. However, we will charge you any costs for export / import, customs, etc.

Due to current experience, we only send by DHL within Germany. 

The postage and shipping costs for deliveries within Germany amount to € 6.95 for packages and 5.95 for goods.

Shipping is free of charge from € 80.

As a rule, you can count on a delivery time of 4 days within Germany. *

We send if it is not a pre -order within 48 hours.

However, we keep to be safe As a small factory that still does everything on your own hand, one Delivery time of 5 to 7 days.

DHL picks up the goods from us, Monday to Friday, around 3 p.m.

We do not send on weekends and on public holidays.

Advance sales:

You can always find the planned delivery times for sold out products that you would like to pre -order in the respective product description.

If you received an email from us with a shipment number before 1:00 p.m., you can assume that your goods will leave our house on the same day.

This is also realistic due to our current experiences with DHL.

Please note:

We have found that many Shipments in which the recipient is a separate storage agreement met with the shipping company, apparently processed differently in the distribution center and are often only delivered a day later. If you have subsequently adapted your delivery agreements via the service of the shipping service provider, we are unfortunately no longer able to influence the process or to be supporting.

* The delivery times can deviate within the holidays, especially at Christmas time, due to overloading the shipping companies. We and the shipping service providers always do our best at these times so that your goods arrive in you in time. However, we expressly ask you to order early for Christmas, so that everything can also get safe from you.

However, please make sure that you do not have cocoa stands or sensitive oils put off at high summer temperatures in these boxes. These heat up too much and the cocoa will melt at some point or suffer the quality of the products.

Returns

Yes. Within 14 days, without giving reasons.

We were very aware of ourselves against Send this back and forth and decided the large mail order companies and adopted us from the sales.

For ecological reasons alone, we would therefore like to ask you from the heart to carefully check your order before delivery and not order "alternative items" for the "view". If something is wrong, defective or different than described, we are of course immediately at your side.

Up to 14 days after receiving the goods. Within this period, however, we must have received a message to info@ritualmanufaktur.de in advance.

Because we i. d. R. have no returns and therefore that the paper likes to leave where it grows, we send them not automatically with. Send us an email and we regulate it for you.

If you want to look at the goods beforehand, you are welcome to make a personal appointment with us in the house. In the event of uncertainties or questions, also by phone! Just send us an email and we call back as quickly as possible.

We just don't like producing more packaging and more garbage mountains.

If we wanted that, you would find our goods on the relevant platforms, which then dispose of their goods on the garbage dump.

However, if it is not a mistake from our side or a transport damage, we reserve the right to have the right shipping costs, as well as a fee i. H. v. To calculate 5 % for re -storage.

My account

You can use the "Register" area (the symbol in the shop with the small figure). After clicking on "Register" you can create your own user profile. Here you can specify your billing address and delivery address (s), as well as other data that are useful to create the account.

Order processing

You are welcome to do that. However, we are only a small team and also like to disappear in the camp. Therefore, it is the safest way by email to info@ritualmanufaktur.de. We then manually create a customer account and send you all the necessary data.

If you have not yet received an email with a shipping confirmation, you can contact us with the request to cancel the order.

However, if the process has progressed too far, you can make use of the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the goods and returning the goods back to us.

In this case you can send the goods back to us. Simply write us an email to info@ritualmanufaktur.de and we will send you a label for the return. Please also let us know if you would like to have an exchange or your money back.

Voucher codes

Each voucher code can only be used once per household - only a voucher code can be redeemed per order.

You can redeem your voucher or discount code directly in the shopping cart when check-out.

After entering the voucher code, depending on the type of 
Action, the corresponding amount appears and deducted from the total of your purchase or the bonus product added to the shopping cart.
