We wish for "peaceful Christmas"

What is behind it?

Some wishes their fellow human beings "a contemplative Christmas". The other finds this more emotionally and prefer to stay with general words like joyful, happy, etc.

It is about that man understands and accepts this valuable time with all his senses.

Especially in times when we currently live, this is a valuable wish. If we think of our senses, it is first of all about the obvious sense:

  • The eyes to see

  • The nose to smell,

  • The ears to hear

  • the tongue to taste and

  • The hands, fingers and toes to feel and grab something.

First of all, these are the important five senses.

We also have a sixth sense

The sixth sense is our ability to perceive and move us in a room (such as room) or within an energetic space (such as energy field). This is an astonishing ability of the person with whom we deal with every day, but we cannot describe well. With this sixth sense, people are able to perceive each of their body movements. But it is also about what we would call intuition or deep sensitivity.

What does the sixth sense do?

The sixth sense is our feeling internally, understand what the body wants to tell us what "moves" the body. But it is also about understanding others. It is about what our body intuitively tells us, how we are sensitive to what people tell us when we communicate. Be it verbal or non -verbal.

For example, our nose clearly tells us whether we can smell a person or our eyes tell us that the opposite of our view corresponds to trustingly and over our ears penetrates in us whether we find it pleasant what and how another speaks ...

So far the facts

Top athletes regularly train their sixth sense. It mostly supports people "automatically" and without having to act consciously. However, it would be good if we were very consciously trained in order to communicate even deeper with ourselves and to be able to understand better and better.

I understand what happens in me ... I capture what is happening around my senses

Almost everything we receive as a stimulus about our senses, be it from the outside or inside, wants to touch our heart.

There are stimuli to go over the heart and to be understood in the heart.

If we close our heart, this stimuli only reach our minds. And this is usually different or only superficially with sensory stimuli. This means that we can no longer draw emotional profits from what comes in us about the senses because the stimuli is not covered over the heart.

If we let everything we absorb about the senses, we also listen to ourselves, we listen to ourselves.

We listen carefully, taste closely, see not only with the outer ones but also with our inner eyes, smell everything, touch everything with full heart and perceive the body differently, namely in its entirety.

Well, if that's not a wonderful wish at Christmas time. So we at the conscious-be-circle will definitely wish you:

Contemplative Christmas!
