How you steal your energy yourself

Welcome to today's blog post - this time in video form. The topic "How you clie yourself" is the focus and is more topical than ever. You need your energy now, because on the outside there are - no matter where we are a lot of energy robbers - energy vampires on the way in the form of people who are referring to those who still have energy and tap them.
You can feel that well if you are somewhere or talk to someone and you think afterwards, why am I so tired ?????
But today it's about how we rob ourselves of our energy ... So what is already in us and taps our energy and we are ourselves who do it ... So let's go ...

Provide side war locations with energy. Let the essential distract. > Too little energy can cause problems in the gross area but also at the organ level
We like to do that from time to time - let yourself be distracted. We can be guided by a feeling or emotion - can distract us and where we should actually look. A nice thing! - I know myself and I am always practiced by my clients - so you can hand in emotions such as anger or sadness or guilt to the outside world.
However, we give a lot of energy in side war locations. Sometimes they show themselves as problems, sometimes as people who may want something from you or pull you into a topic that you think you can have a say.
But exactly in these places you should stop briefly and consciously ask yourself: What is I just shown here - what happens here - is that all a kind of exercise field that life holds me as a mirror so that I can look into and "see" what happens to me?
Can I stay concentrated when I was so firmly convinced of it? Is it just shown to me which distractions I like to do? How does my body react to such distractions? Above all, if you are long -lasting?
How can I feel that my body gets a problem with such a side war location? Example: The organ bladder is part of our emotional body. When we fluctuate emotively when we mourn for something when we have negative feelings for ourselves or when we dive into old emotions, the bladder often reacts. For example with bladder inflammation or if we no longer get out of the emotions or do not stand by our feelings, kidney pelvis inflammation also becomes - not nice!
At the same time, one would probably find that the bladder has far too little energy - i.e. is almost empty - because we have not been a joyful, quiet condition for a long time ... this is an example, but can lead to back pain.
Anyone who is now question marks on the forehead has the following: The bladder meridian is the longest meridian of humans and runs down to the left and right of the spine - up to the feet.
If the meridian (always in pairs) is too full or empty or in complete imbalance on the left and right - it can lead to back pain - occurs more often than you think.
As an example, it is cited here if someone has continuing problems in the professional environment, then this can eventually come to the lumbago or to intervertebral disc complaints. Most of the time you only look for the cause in the body - but you can see it completely different causes here ...
Next topic: Consciously do not want to tackle or do things because they could bring unpleasant things to the surface.
Cannot or do not want to adhere to promises given. > causes stress, but also stress on the energy level in the area of the body.
> can result in loss of self -love and self -assessment
This is almost explained by itself - and is an immense energy robber in us ... He brings us close to emotions again - why? Because these are often, why we don't want to store this big barrel that we want to store, open in our emotional cellar (i.e. lower abdomen) - because we suspect what can be - and why should I, seen superficially, open it myself and open this barrel?
I once told me an acquaintance that I asked about it: Why should I allow me to be worse than now when I look in there - there are only ancient things in it "
Bingo I would say - of course - it may be that you are acutely worse if you open this barrel - but keep in mind: How much of your life energy do you consume every single minute if you have to hold the lid of this barrel with a lot of effort, energy and strength?
You may also know the thing with the "self -given promise". This also includes the topic of fears. If you always give yourself the promise not to be controlled by your old or new fears - and always take a back, then you will "scold" more and more with yourself - and you will see that you don't go forward on the topic. Maybe you even decide to punish yourself and take your love for yourself away - that causes a lot of stress at all levels.

It continues: there is a lack of your own visions and clear goals. This lacks food and soul. You think that and follow what is told by others and close to what you think you think, who you are.
There is too much told nowadays - in YouTube - in other channels and now I also come and tell you something ... But this is about what is told to you - how do you hear that?
Of course you should listen and look at everything you want - I recommend listening to everything with a kind of "brain barrier" - and deliberately only leaving what you can really take for yourself - what stimulating is for your own thoughts,

Finally this topic: no concentration on the essentials. Do not take your time to "listen" and feel feelings- so you forget to follow the body feeling and intuition> loss of thought = loss of inner well-being.
I have a good friend. She does the following: After waking up, she regularly asks her cells whether they are doing well, whether they can do something good today and she tells them that she loves and thinks of her.
Sounds funny at first - but it goes exactly in this direction: Take your time, for yourself - and it's not about the next wellness weekend ... It's about the minutes a day you listen to yourself ... It's so loud around us…. Also with all social media…. Concentrate on what is essential for you every day - as you strengthen your mind - your strength - because this is the only way to get inner clarity.
This separated from yourself can have an impact on your entire well -being - it can happen that you think you think of needing someone outside who brings you back to yourself - but believe me: it's all already in you.
