A body exercise - in connection with the body
Exercise: How do I perceive my body? How can I connect to him?
This exercise is for people who do not feel connected to their body or for those who would like to get to know their bodies better.
Our body is what makes us live here on this planet. It is the tool, the vehicle with which we can express ourselves. He carries us exactly where we want to go.
In order to feel your body, it is important to fully decide that you want to go your way with it. He and you are one. You belong together. But you are also obliged to listen to him and not to refuse to his needs.
Your body is a miracle of nature and can do so much.
A first little exercise to feel your body: (like to make music on it)
1. Stand up hip width, around you, there should be enough space to move you
2. Stay calm at first, close your eyes and take a deep breath, completely in your rhythm. You are welcome to use your breath longer to get to you. Exactly as long as you need it.
3. When you have arrived, take your hands and now go along your body from top to bottom. Start your body gently with your hands. Take your time. Do you feel how it gets warm in these places? What do you feel about touching? Does something hurt you? Is it pleasant?
4. Do this until you have arrived on your toes
5. Now spread your entire body from your head to your toes. Take everything with you and spread everything you no longer need out of your body.
Maybe there are pain, beliefs, fears. Repeat this as often as you want and find it pleasant.
6. Then write down what experiences you had and what thoughts accompanied you.
Second exercise to feel: (like to make music)
1. Lay down so that you can be comfortably lying on the next 20 minutes
2. Start concentrating on your breath
3. Breathe in a deep breath until you have the feeling that you have arrived with you
4. Now go to your feet with your attention. Test it lightly and let go again. Now start your toes and let go of them again. Gently go around with you. You should only perceive this part of the body. Repeat the clamping to want to go to the next part of the body until you are ready.
5. Go on to your calves now. Test it gently and let go again. Here too, repeat as often as you want and it feels good.
6. Go through all of your parts of the body until you have reached your head/face.
7. How are you connected to your body? What can you perceive? Write down your sensations and thoughts.
8. Repeat this exercise several times. She calms your body and mind and you can feel that you are better connected to him.
Thank you for this exercise!
