As a dealer, we are obliged to inform our customers about the proper use of candles.

The following information is recommendations from the Association of German Candle Manufacturers e. V., Frankfurt/Main. If you are not the direct end consumer, please forward this information to it.

The candle is a living light. It must be maintained and constantly observed as a "open fire".

  • Note the safety distance between burning candles.

Candles do not burn too close to each other or with each other. 10 cm are a good distance.

  • Don't put candles in drafts

Candles do not tolerate drafts. When drafts, they start to rip, drop and burn on one side.

  • Put the candles upright and securely

Candles have to stand straight so that they burn evenly. Furthermore, it must be underground and safe. Possibly also heat -resistant. Use only suitable candle stands or glasses to use them safely. Check their fixed stand before use.

  • Choking flame - not blow out

Do not bubble the candle, but suffocate it properly with a candle extinguisher.

  • Keep the liquid wax free of matches and dirt

Casting wood residues, pieces of wicks and other foreign bodies do not belong in the burner plate.

  • Shorten the wax edge if higher than 1 cm

You can cut one to the high candle edge when warm. For candles with decal images, cut the protruding edge at regular intervals.

  • Keep away from children and pets

Always keep candles away from children and pets. Never leave them unattended with a burning candle alone.

  • Keep away from inflammatory objects

Please keep the candle away from inflammatory objects.

  • Increase the wick before lighting it to 1 cm

Dive the wick into the liquid wax mass and straighten up again. So it is right to light.

  • Use a heat -resistant candle holder

Always let the candle burn on a fire -proof coaster.

  • Never use a liquid to delete.

Never pour liquid over a candle.
