Copper Rings Handmade by Willy Schnell
Copper Rings – The Green Smoothie for Your Skin
Handmade Copper Ring made from 100% Pure Copper
Feel the connection of earth and elements – in a ring that is more than just jewelry.
Our handmade copper rings are small rituals of balance:
They react to your internal environment and, in case of hyperacidity, form a fine, protective patina – a delicate green reminiscent of vibrant nature.
When your body finds its alkaline balance, the discoloration disappears, and the ring shines clear and bright again.
Each ring is lovingly handcrafted by our artist Willy S., the Humus Keeper.
Inspired by his experiments with copper and plants, two unique designs emerge:
• Dent pattern – organic, powerful, earthy.
• Leaf look – delicate, nature-bound, vibrant.
The rings are open-ended, making them adjustable in size.
Available in sizes: 14, 16, 18, 20 and 22 – each can be easily adjusted
(e.g., a 14 can be expanded to 15 or 15.5).
Copper – the metal of life force – was worn as a symbol of vitality and balance in ancient cultures.
Today, we combine this tradition with modern craftsmanship to gently remind you of your inner balance. Wear it consciously – as jewelry that works.
Handmade copper ring made from 100% pure copper.
Lovingly handcrafted in Germany – optionally in a dent pattern or a leaf look.
The ring is open and adjustable in size upwards (available in 14 to 22).
Over time, a natural patina forms, which you can easily remove with a little lemon juice.
Copper is a chemical element (Cu) that occurs in nature as a pure metal.
When it comes into contact with air, moisture, or acidic substances, the surface of the metal reacts:
A thin layer of copper oxide and carbonate forms – the so-called patina. This is chemically slightly alkaline and protects the underlying metal from further corrosion. When copper comes into contact with skin perspiration, similar reactions can occur.
This can result in a greenish discoloration on the skin or the ring – a natural process that is completely harmless.
This discoloration is the visible result of the reaction between copper and the acidic components of sweat.
The copper compounds formed are basic in their chemical nature, as they can neutralize acids.
So, if the body remains alkaline, the copper also remains pure and clear.
Copper itself is an essential trace element – it supports important processes in the body such as energy metabolism, red blood cell formation, and antioxidant protection.
With mild acids like lemon juice or vinegar, the patina can be easily removed, so the ring regains its clear, warm shine.
