Perfectly coordinated set for beginners and repeat offenders. 

Included in the set are: 

• 1x carrying vessel for smudging with the Flower of Life
• 1x 200 g smudging sand, to fill your carrying vessel
• 10 tablets of quick-light charcoal ø 3.3 cm
• Loose white sage, premium hand-harvested 25 g
• Loose Palo Santo pieces 150 ml
• 1x white sage smudge stick
• 1 Palo Santo stick
• 1x house cleansing incense 150ml
• 1x incense tongs, for example, if you need to light or move the charcoal piece  
• 1 piece of natural, hand-poured frankincense soap "Transformation", if you want to cleanse yourself before or after, e.g., in your shower ritual
• A cup of raw cacao, depending on availability, approx. 35 g, with a small recipe for its preparation, to prepare for the upcoming ritual

Regular house smudging is always appropriate when we have had a turbulent time or when we notice that things are becoming "tight or oppressive." Strong emotions, depressive thoughts, or an underlying anger are powerful energies that settle in and around us and pull us back in their direction as soon as we enter these rooms, for example. 

Thus, it can be a very exhausting and difficult task to break free from this cycle. Cleansing one's own energy fields and "smudging" can be a powerful support here to shake off old energies and breathe deeply again. Even energies from previous house residents anchor themselves in the rooms and have no place in our energy field.

These do not necessarily have to be negative, yet they have no business in our energy field. New builds are also an issue here, as the energy of everyone involved in the construction has naturally flowed into the created house. We have therefore put together one of our personal favorite sets for a simple but highly effective energetic cleansing. 

I myself always start such a ritual with a cup of cacao, how could it be otherwise... and invite my spirits to this part already and ask them to support me in the following ritual. 

Afterward, I cleanse myself, for example, in the shower, with our beloved frankincense soap and return the first foreign energies with the water for transformation. Then, in a quiet moment, I begin the actual task of house cleansing.  Of course, you can freely choose what best suits you and your mood of the day.
