Eucalyptus oil
Eucalyptus originally comes from Australia and eastern Indonesia. It has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, which is why it is used, among other things, for colds. Meanwhile, eucalyptus is not only popular for its effects but is increasingly used as decoration.
How can I use eucalyptus oil?
- In the household: The oil can be used for surfaces in combination with lemon oil, peppermint oil, and water.
- For the skin: Add a drop to your moisturizer, mix it well, and use the mixture to revitalize your skin.
- Energy: Use eucalyptus oil to boost your vitality. Put a few drops of the oil on your hands, rub them together, and inhale the scent deeply.
- Cold: Use the diluted oil to rub on your chest to relieve a stuffy nose.
- For the scalp: Apply directly to the scalp and massage in well. This supports and cleanses the scalp.
- For the body: Used as a massage oil, eucalyptus oil relieves tension in the body.
- For mind and soul: Eucalyptus oil has a cleansing, liberating, and strengthening effect. It helps both physically and mentally to gain new energy and clarity.
