Prepare Your Wheel of the Year Festival

The eight Wheel of the Year festivals are like gates in the annual cycle – invitations to consciously experience and actively shape the energies of change. They invite you to delve into the qualities of the time, exchange ideas with other seekers, and discover the messages of this time on spiritual journeys, through scrying or with runes, spirits, and ancestors.

Together, we explore how the forces of the year touch and flow through us. It's about feeling these currents and finding our place in the order of things – in connection with the land, the spirits, the ancestors, and, if they permit, with the deities.

✨Our Gatherings

Unlike calendar or lunar festival dates, we meet approximately 14 days before the festivals. This allows us to explore the energies of the current time quality using various spiritual techniques and discover which themes and entities are connected to this festival for us. Within the circle, each participant can develop an idea of how a personal annual festival, deeply resonant with them and their ancestral lineage, can specifically look.

Each gathering begins with an introduction from me, covering what we know about the respective Wheel of the Year festival from a Celtic and Germanic perspective – historical, channeled, and re-enlivened knowledge. You'll get an overview of typical pre-Christian and neo-pagan rituals and customs, and impulses on specific elements you can use to design the Wheel of the Year festival for yourself alone or for yourself and your loved ones. If interested, we will explore the festival in the Otherworld through a guided meditation or a journey I drum.

The preparation circle is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners; no prior knowledge is required.

What to expect:

• Insights into traditional and neo-pagan rituals, customs, and design possibilities
• Discussion about the current quality of time and its significance for your personal path
• Spiritual practice with meditation or shamanic drum journey to explore the Otherworld (if interested)
• Inspiration to prepare your own Autumn Equinox ritual in a harmonious and individual way
• Space for questions, exchange, and shared experiences in the circle
