Warum Krisenzeiten so wertvoll sind

Why Times of Crisis Are So Valuable

I love the forest edge. It is the dividing line but also the connection from meadow or field to the forest. At this transition, a completely different structure of creatures, plants, and shrubs can be found than behind or in front of it.

The end of the meadow is the beginning of the forest.

It is the transition from light to dark when looking into the forest from the sunny meadow - and from dark to light when looking from the forest out onto the sun-drenched field. So it is a matter of perspective or a matter of one's own viewpoint what one sees and accepts as truth.

Walking along the forest edge means being surprised by herbs, shrubs, and plants that are usually found only there, because they need the sun in the morning or evening, and appreciate the coolness of the forest in the midday heat.

We are living in a time of change - it is happening before our eyes now.

Seasons, for example, are transitions in nature. Everything in nature has to adapt to them, because transitions don't just announce themselves – they inevitably appear. No matter where transitions show up in life, they are significant times. Mostly challenging times, too, because they take us out of a nicely arranged routine and throw us into the unfamiliar. We have to deal with it. The question arises whether I can still trust what I have known so far.

Reality or all just an illusion?

What is happening before our eyes? Is it all a charade, a cleverly staged play? Is it meant to distract us or perhaps even divert us from our own path - from our own inner light? This light is our inner energy - our strength, and if we send it out through our hearts, it reaches more and more people who will join the truth of an old, almost forgotten kind of freedom.

What we are currently seeing is certainly designed to provoke resistance or even anger in many people, given all the injustice that is happening. However, with that, we don't create light - but fear. Emotions like anger, hatred, or resistance are always linked to fear. And when we look out, we see that supposedly everything that seemed stable for so long is to be destroyed. Because we don't want that, we go into resistance. We are angry and want to do something about it. Understandable! It raises the question of what energy we should embrace if we want to bring about positive change: We should always be FOR something - not AGAINST something.

If you wish, check for yourself what energies you carry throughout the day or how you watch the news, read the newspaper. If you realize that it brings or keeps you in fear, then choose a different way for yourself to deal with the flood of information that pours down on us daily.

Times of transition are usually uncertain times. An old order is breaking down, probably because it is meant to break down. The new is not yet visible. The "makers" of the old order are desperately throwing everything they have into the balance to keep people in these old structures. For many, they may succeed. And those who wish to remain in them have the right to do so. However, there are more and more people who have seen through the shackles of these old structures and shed them for themselves.

A clever person once said: Man is a giant who has been persuaded that he is a dwarf.

This crisis time is designed for us to recognize ourselves again in our strength and power. Activating our inner power is all it takes. For this, we need nothing from outside. We already carry everything within us. When we reconnect with ourselves and Mother Earth, we remember ourselves. Why we are here on Earth, what our primary task here is: Namely, to BE.

If this now seems too little to you, it may be because we have been told our whole lives that we always have to do more to justify and earn our lives. Simply BEING was not part of the plan of those who currently still feel in power. That would bring them too little money and too little power.

We are in the midst of thorns.

We are currently in transition, in the "space in between." Everything feels like chaos, disorder, and collapse. But new things only arise from chaos. We can observe this in nature too. The forest edge is the best place to recognize this. Because most of the time it is also a hopeless mess and a bit of everything. If we look closer at this mess, we see the potential within it. So the question is, do we recognize the growth opportunities given to us in times of crisis?

First, we have to get out of the comfortable hammock of our everyday life and become creative. We suddenly realize that we have been pushed full-on into the topic of personal responsibility. Life has lovingly guided us in this direction... we can now accept and explore this path ourselves.

Are you giving up right away?

The forest edge can be very dense. Overgrown with shrubs and plants that have thorns or that entangle you in leaves and branches.

You see the forest from the meadow, you also know that it's only a few steps to master the transition through the forest edge. But you also recognize the efforts you would have to make for a few steps. How it would scratch and jolt you, what would tug at your clothes.

Do you give up immediately or do you decide to slowly, step by loving step, immerse yourself in this transition? What are you afraid of? That you'll get stuck in this transition and can neither go forward nor back?

Whoever truly steps into this transition will receive the support they need.

If you deeply and honestly decide to find your own way through the transition, something happens within you with this decision. You have put yourself in trust and in love, that you want to master this transition... and in the same measure, the spiritual world comes to meet you and supports you. Perhaps it's not always the kind of support you think you need. But it will always be exactly the right support at exactly the right time.

Become calm inside... that's how you can recognize your own path step by step, even in the midst of thorn bushes and the unknown. Just be... remain in your calm. If you realize that you are at a point that is painful and overwhelming for you, then accept that point. Allow yourself to experience it, don't run away from it, and don't fall into an emotional chaos from which you find no way out.

This point can be so painful that you think you are completely entangled in these thorns and the shrubs of transition. Perhaps at this point you realize that you have only looked ahead, only seen what could be in the future. And in doing so, you have completely forgotten to mindfully and carefully place your steps in the Now.

If you find yourself helplessly entangled, you will be shown what is necessary now: To give up - to let go. Not to pull forward, scratching and tearing everything, because you want to get to your future at all costs and supposedly can no longer bear this transition. Instead, be where you are right now... exactly in this place. Become calm and enjoy this point of transition, even if it is difficult for you and the future seems so bright.

When we become calm, we let things happen. We realize that we don't have to do anything right now, because we can't. In such valuable moments, we surrender ourselves. To the spiritual world... to our inner guidance.

To love both means to understand the world.

By becoming calm, even when the world is stormy and burning, we have the chance to become clear internally and realize that all times hold something valuable for us. We are on Earth to experience this very time now.

To explore, understand and love it means that we not only recognize our inner strength but also use it. We let our light shine, no matter how dark it is around us. Darkness is needed to understand how powerful one's inner light is when we allow it to illuminate every tiny corner.

Let your light shine. Never give up... always stay by your side, and if you heed this, you give your spiritual helpers the task to do the same!
