Our Madras Curry combines selected spices to create a strong and aromatic curry composition. Coriander, turmeric, fennel and cumin meet fenugreek seeds, pepper, chili and cloves, providing a balanced seasoning with pleasant depth.

Inspired by the traditional curries of South India, this composition convinces with its characteristic, warm taste and a finely tuned spiciness. The selected spices harmonize particularly well with vegetables, rice dishes, fish, poultry and legumes.

For a particularly intense aroma, it is recommended to add the curry only towards the end of the cooking time. This way, the fine spice notes are best preserved and unfold their full flavor.
