Regular house fumigation is always appropriate when we have had a turbulent time or when we notice that things are somehow becoming "tight or oppressive". Strong emotions, depressive thoughts, or an underlying anger are powerful energies that settle in and around us and repeatedly pull us in their direction, for example, as soon as we enter these rooms.

Thus, it can be a very draining and difficult task to break free from this cycle. Cleansing one's own energy fields and "fumigating" can be a powerful aid in shaking off old energies and being able to breathe deeply again. Even energies of previous residents anchor themselves in the rooms and have no place in our energy field. These do not necessarily have to be negative, but they still have no place in our energy field. New buildings are also an issue here, as the energy of everyone involved in the construction has naturally flowed into the created house. We have therefore put together our personal favorite set for a simple but highly effective energetic cleansing.

I myself always start such a ritual with a cup of cocoa, how could it be otherwise... and for this part, I already invite my spirits and ask them to support me in the following ritual. Afterwards, I cleanse myself, for example, in the shower, with our beloved frankincense soap and return the first foreign energies with the water for transformation. Then, in a quiet moment, I begin the actual task of house cleansing. Of course, you are free to choose what suits you and your mood best at that moment.
