Thus, it can be a very draining and difficult task to break free from this cycle.

Cleansing one's own energy fields and "smudging" can be a powerful support to shake off old energies and breathe deeply again.

Energies of former house residents also anchor themselves in the rooms and have no place in our energy field.

These do not necessarily have to be negative, yet they have no business being in our energy field.

New constructions are also an issue here, as the energy of everyone involved in the construction has naturally flowed into the created house.

Therefore, we have put together our personal favorite set for a simple but highly effective energetic cleansing.

I myself always start such a ritual with a cup of cocoa, how could it be otherwise... and already invite my spirit guides to this part and ask them to support me in the following ritual.

Afterwards, I cleanse myself, for example, in the shower, with our beloved frankincense soap and return the first foreign energies with the water for transformation.

Then I start the actual task of house cleansing in a quiet moment.

Of course, you can freely choose what suits you and your mood best at the moment.

• 1x Carrying vessel for smudging
• 1x 200 g smudging sand, to fill your carrying vessel
• 10 tablets of quick-light charcoal ø 3.3 cm
• 1x White Sage Smudge Stick
• 1 Palo Santo stick
• 1x House cleansing incense 150 ml
• 1x Incense tongs, if you need to light or move the charcoal piece, for example
  
• 1x Incense spoon (for adding more incense or removing it from the embers)
• 1 piece of natural, hand-poured frankincense soap "Transformation", if you want to cleanse yourself before or after, for example, in your shower ritual
• One cup of raw cocoa, depending on stock, a'35 g, with a small recipe for its preparation, to get in the mood for the upcoming ritual
