Regular house smudging is always appropriate when we've been through a turbulent time or when we notice things feeling "tight or oppressive."

Strong emotions, depressive thoughts, or underlying anger are powerful energies that settle in and around us, constantly drawing us back in their direction as soon as we, for example, enter those rooms.

Thus, it can be a very draining and difficult task to break free from this cycle.

Cleansing one's own energy fields and "smudging" can be a powerful aid in shedding old energies and breathing freely again.

Even the energies of previous occupants become anchored in rooms and have no place in our energy field.

These do not necessarily have to be negative, yet they have no business in our energy field.

New constructions are also an issue here, as the energy of everyone involved in the construction has naturally flowed into the created house.

Therefore, we have put together our personal favorite set for a simple but highly effective energetic cleansing.

I always start such a ritual with a cup of cocoa, how could it be any different... and already invite my spirits for this part, asking them to support me in the following ritual.

Afterwards, I cleanse myself, for example, under the shower, with our beloved frankincense soap and return the first foreign energies with the water for transformation.

Then, at a quiet moment, I begin the actual task of house cleansing.

Of course, you can choose what suits you and your mood best.

With our set, you are definitely equipped for anything that might come to mind.

Included in the set are:

• 1x Carrying vessel for smudging
• 1x 200 g Smudging sand, for filling your carrying vessel
• 10 tablets of quick-light charcoal ø 3.3 cm
• 1x White Sage Smudge Stick
• 1 stick of Palo Santo
• 1x House cleansing smudge 150 ml
• 1x Smudging tongs, for example, if you need to light or move the charcoal piece
  
• 1x Smudging spoon (for adding more smudging material or removing it from the embers)
• 1 piece of natural, hand-poured frankincense soap "Transformation," if you want to cleanse yourself beforehand or afterwards, for example, in your shower ritual
• One cup of raw cocoa, depending on availability, approx. 35 g, with a small recipe for its preparation, to get into the mood for the upcoming ritual
