In the coming weeks, we will take you on a fragrant journey through nature. Today we start with a true classic: eucalyptus oil.
Fresh, clear, and invigorating. It is not just a scent, but also a powerful companion for well-being and a deep breath.
Eucalyptus Oil
Eucalyptus originates from Australia and eastern Indonesia. It has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, which is why it is used, among other things, for colds. Meanwhile, eucalyptus is not only popular for its effects but is increasingly used as decoration.
So, how can I use eucalyptus oil?
- In the household: The oil can be used with lemon, peppermint oil, and water for surfaces.
- For the skin: Add a drop to your moisturizer, mix well, and use the mixture to revitalize your skin.
- Energy: Use eucalyptus oil to boost your vitality. Put a few drops of the oil on your hands, rub it in, and inhale the scent deeply.
- Cold: Use the diluted oil to rub on the chest to counteract a stuffy nose.
- For the scalp: Apply directly to the scalp and massage in well. This supports the scalp and cleanses it.
- For the body: Used as a massage oil, eucalyptus oil relieves tension in the body.
- For mind and soul: Eucalyptus oil has a cleansing, liberating, and strengthening effect. It helps both physically and mentally to gain new energy and clarity.
