Air - Water - Earth - Fire.
The four basic elements are constantly around us. They also flow within us, influencing our moods, inclinations, and even our character. The fifth element, Ether, virtually surrounds you.
Ideally, all four elements would be equally balanced within us. However, this is often not the case. One element may predominate, meaning that too little of another element is present and lived within us.
Take the big elements test and find out whether you are balanced in the ring of elements or where you unconsciously put too little energy. With this knowledge, you can balance, attract, and integrate certain qualities of that element.
Know this: If the ring of elements around you is in balance, it helps you keep your body in balance.

Now learn what makes each element type unique. How to balance yourself and bring yourself into harmony with the elements.
These are characteristics of all four energy types.
Where are the strengths - where are the weaknesses?

Air Element
The element Air symbolizes new beginnings, spring.
Direction East, the sunrise.
Are you the Intellectual?
"The Gaseous" is lightness, change, willingness to communicate.
The sphere of influence of the Air element: intellect, learning, freedom, knowledge, the airy-light, the breeze – the storm. The intangible, the subtle realm.
Especially the mental level finds its home in the Air energy type. The forces of air lead Air people to be constantly in motion and to enjoy it. Putting thoughts into words and expressing them is an important part of their lives. They are usually sociable and love to travel. They enjoy discussing for whole evenings and spending their time with loved ones.
Air energy types are social beings and are often found in professions shaped by this. But they also have an artistic streak and enjoy such activities. They possess a loving openness and can accept people as they are.
Despite everything, Air energy types must ensure that they do not act too superficially or appear too cold in certain situations when they let their intellect play out.
The Earth element is the counterpart to the power of the "airy". If you carry too much air energy within you, balance it by strengthening your earth energy.
Organic
At the physical level, the air element is associated with breathing and gas exchange. The heart as an organ and blood circulation are also assigned to the air element. Air people often have strong lungs and good, deep breathing. The heart in these people is efficient, and they less often suffer from lung diseases or cardiovascular disorders.
A weakening of air energy can affect the entire circulatory system. But the immune system can also be affected by a disturbance of air energy, leading to a tendency for allergies.
Where the Power Lies
Air energy is connected to the heart chakra. In many cultures, the heart is considered the seat of love, kindness, and also the basis of strong heart power. Air energy types are able to deeply touch people simply through their kindness of heart. Where others have to fight for it, they can set things in motion, solely through the enormous power they radiate through their heart energy.
When does it make sense to balance the airy element?
When you feel that you put the wishes of others above your own, when you find it difficult to engage with the energy of other people.
People with too much air energy tend to empathy and compassion, wanting to touch other beings with their heart energy. But there also needs to be the part in people that actively takes action, not to drown in compassion, but to be able to provide practical help.
Those with too much airy energy would do well to orient themselves more towards the advantages of Earth energy people.

Water Element
The Water element symbolizes autumn, sunset, and life's harvest.
Direction West.
Are you an emotional person?
"The Fluid" = is coolness, depth, unfathomability
The sphere of influence of water: peace, friendship, subconscious, intuition, dreams, creativity, being in the flow of life, sensitivity.
"Panta rhei - everything flows," says Heraclitus, and indeed water keeps everything flowing and alive. Every creature on Earth needs water to grow and thrive, and so does man.
On the other hand, water keeps the element of fire in check. Fire is the antagonist of water. If you carry too much water energy within you, you can balance it by strengthening the fire energy within you.
Among water element types, one often finds artistic professions. But also carpenters, architects, and other visual artists are found among them. The second major direction that water energy people often pursue are healing professions. They are attractive to others because they manage to convey their vitality, their lust for life, their sensuality, but also their foresight and creativity.
Family is important to the water type, and so they gladly use their energy for family planning and a large family. Women with a strong water element often find their fulfillment in motherhood.
Organic
People with an imbalance in the water element often experience problems in the kidney and bladder area. The other fluid-transporting systems of the body are also either strongly developed in water energy types or cause recurring problems. Body fluids include, for example, blood flow, urinary tract, lymph flow, and seminal fluid. If body fluids cannot circulate optimally, something in the water energy person's system has stalled, which can ultimately lead to a buildup in the detoxification organs.
If you have such problems, examine for yourself what you are stuck in or why something in your system is stagnating instead of flowing freely.
Where the Power Lies
People with pronounced water energy are attributed deep emotionality, great empathy, and sensitivity. Sensing into the unfathomable depths (including those of one's own soul) is important for water elements. However, they should be careful not to lose themselves in the depths of the Blue Element.
Too much water energy can lead to emotional withdrawal and phlegmatic behavior, especially if the water energy type suffers from emotional trauma.
The Water Energy person often flees from problems and conflicts. Mental escape, but also real escape from situations that are unpleasant or from problems that are difficult to solve.
With an excess of water energy, the water person can become moody, sensitive, and unstable. If you have an excess of water energy, orient yourself towards the characteristics of the Fire Energy type.

Earth Element
The element Earth symbolizes winter, cold, the resting of nature.
Direction North.
Are you an earthy type?
"The Solid," which the Earth symbolizes, is connectedness, steadfastness, goal-orientation.
The sphere of influence of the element is nurturing, stabilizing, material. Earthly possessions, structure, firmness, security.
The tangible, touchable, i.e., the material world, is the home of the Earth element types. They are realistic and usually very grounded. Their strength is practical action and often a very goal-oriented approach. All this combined with a certain stoic calmness. It is not their way to get lost in fantasies. This is more unsettling than helpful for Earth element types.
A healthy lifestyle is important, and they often introduce others to topics such as nature conservation, animal welfare, or species protection. With their earth-bound strength, they are able to master great tasks.
Organic
Earth energy stands for "solidity," so one should stand firmly on the ground with both feet. Therefore, a good and stable condition of bones, muscles, and stabilizing tissue is important.
Teeth, nails, and hair are also normally healthy and strong in this type.
If the Earth person loses balance, this manifests itself through problems in the lower back, pain in the legs and feet, but also through problems in the intestinal area.
At that point at the latest, earth energy should be strengthened. For important issues such as primal trust and survival instinct are rooted here. By strengthening earth energy, we literally get "firm ground" under our feet again.
Where the Power Lies
This energy type is often rooted in their homeland. They greatly appreciate closeness to nature and the landscape they come from. The earth element type can handle animals well. Ideal professions for this type are those that reflect their down-to-earth nature, their patience, and their conscious actions.
He has a pronounced sense of taste and loves down-to-earth cuisine made from simple but fresh ingredients. When he plants something himself, he is very proud of his results.
Most people of this type have a natural knack for handling money. However, envy and possessiveness often arise if this energy type becomes too focused on financial matters.
It's time to balance the element of Earth if you feel yourself getting lost in anxieties about the future or existential fears, or if you are solely preoccupied with securing your life.
The element Air is the counterpart to the firmly rooted Earth. Air energy types manage to show the earthy types how good it feels to soar to airy heights and let the wind carry them into the realm of fantasy and adventure.
It is an interesting interplay of two forces, for these two forces simultaneously repel and attract each other, like the two sides of a magnet. Both sides are needed to remain balanced in one's own power and to be able to unleash one's strengths.
Fire Element
The Fire element symbolizes summer, the midday heat, the powerful and courageous.
Direction South.
Are you the Fiery one?
The power of fire, which makes everything glow. It is passion, heat, surging.
The sphere of influence of the Fire element is purification, transformation, vitality, energy, performance, will, assertiveness.
The forces of fire make fire element types impulsive and ready to perform. They value their personal space. Dynamic mobility is important to them.
The fire element stands for energy, independence, and self-confidence. That is why so many leaders are found among fire element types. They love risk and challenge. It is innate in them to want to get things going. They are usually not the most patient and can thus upset others.
Fire element types define themselves by performance and commitment, but they are not always very sensitive in such an approach.
Organic
Fire energy people generally have good nerves and sleep very well. However, it is known that they can be susceptible to psychosomatic illnesses that manifest through the nervous system. Such problems can cause lasting problems in the stomach and intestinal area.
Strong weight fluctuations, both overweight and underweight, also occur more frequently in fire energy types.
Fire should be balanced if gastrointestinal problems or general digestive problems occur frequently. Because then the fire in the depths of the soul is no longer in balance.
Where the Power Lies
A very important point with the fire energy type: Fire is connected to our third chakra, the solar plexus. The navel area of a person remains a very important part of the body even after separation from the mother. Energies are stored there, or it can be an entry point for energies - good or bad. Self-confidence, self-love, and self-responsibility also reside in the solar plexus.
The fire energy type is happy to invest their services in a community. If they unleash too much energy here, it is possible that they only use these services for self-promotion.
However, this can cause the fire energy person to harm their own soul and personality, and of course, harm those they actually wanted to support with their actions.
The antagonist of fire is the element water. For a person with an excess of fire energy, it makes sense to learn to relax and let go, to let everything flow. Bringing the creative streak of water energy people into life can also be a relaxing balance for overly fiery types.
